Some reflections on the practice of Yoga....

I wanted to write about this topic, since it seems fundamental to me to be able to give ourselves the opportunity to look deeply into our own body and the sensations that inhabit it. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, where constant demands and distractions can overwhelm us, finding a practice that allows us to stop and get in touch with our body and its sensations can be very helpful.

The connection between the body and emotions is a fascinating area that often goes unnoticed in our daily lives. The practice of movement, whether through yoga, dance or physical exercise, can become a powerful catalyst for unraveling the emotions stored in the depths of our being.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and fluid system of Yoga practice, which is characterized by a series of postures (asanas) that are performed in a specific order, combined with a breathing technique called Ujjayi Pranayama. This practice focuses on the synchronization of breathing with movements, which creates a kind of dance between the body and mind.

The practice of yoga, a journey of inner exploration and transformation, sometimes leads us to confront pain. Instead of being an obstacle, it can become a teacher, teaching us profound lessons about our body and mind.
