With the people I have worked with, I can see the diversity of bodies, ages, needs and moments in life. And because for some people, an approach to this traditional practice can feel distant, challenging or frightening.
And it’s normal for something like this to happen! All our bodies have very diverse stories, we can see the relationship that each one has had with movement throughout life, and what for some is simple for others will require much longer and more complex work.
It is also important to recognize that we go through a wide variety of vital moments and ailments (Grief, depression, stress, anxiety, etc.) and sometimes we need a sensitive gaze that can accompany us in that reconnection with our body.
