Yoga Therapy
Individual sessions in online format (60min).
During the first meetings, the objectives to work on are established, considering the physical and emotional health status of the consultant.
With this clear information we are designing a healing sequence of movements, based on the central axes of yoga practice and combining them with modern tools of functional anatomy. We will use traditional asanas along with exercises designed to improve joint mobility and restore the health of our system.
Each session includes a conversation space where we strengthen the bond and get to know each other better. The pace of the session is determined by the consultant, and the session can be adapted according to the needs of the moment.
I will help you discover forms of movement that help you cultivate spaces of personal security, self-care and confidence.
The sessions are nourished by a Trauma-Sensitive view.
